To set the cancellation conditions for your accommodation, go to:
Log in to your account;
In the menu, go to Accommodations & Bookings;
At the accommodation, for which you want to set the cancellation policy, click on Edit;
In the menu, go to Guest settings > Payment & Cancellation ;
You can choose from 2 choices, namely: Non refundable and Refundable;
With "non refundable", the customer cannot claim a refund on the amount corresponding to the payment of the booking concerned.
With "refundable"you can specify a maximum of 3 periods within how many days before the check-in date and with what percentage a refund applies.
Refunds must be arranged by the host with the user. Host receives the total booking amount within 7 days after the booking transferred to his or her account. Should the user cancel and the host has opted for "Refundable", the host and user must arrange this mutually. The cancellation conditions can be seen on your accommodation page by the user and are also on the booking confirmation after each booking by users.
To sign up, you must be 18 or older. Other people won’t see your birthday.
