If a booking request has been made by a guest for your accommodation, you will receive an e-mail. In this e-mail there is a button with the text Pre-approve / decline.
Click on this button and log in to your account;
You will then see the booking request;
You have 48 hours to approve or decline the booking request or click on Discuss to request additional information from the guest via the internal message center;
If you approve the booking request, the guest will receive an email with the approval and then the guest can definitely book and pay;
If the booking request is declined, you will first be asked for the reason. This reason is NOT shown to the guest and is purely for our statistics. The booking dates that the guest has requested will remain free for new guests after you decline the booking request. If you want to block these dates, you can do so in the calendar of your accommodation;
The guest will be notified of the declining without the reason you have specified.
To sign up, you must be 18 or older. Other people won’t see your birthday.
